While we endeavor to provide uninterrupted service, the delivery of SMS messages is dependent on third-party network operators and other factors outside of our control. We are not liable for any delays or failures in message delivery.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations. You are solely responsible for the content of all messages you send through the platform.

However, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from your customers to collect and process their data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
